Dryer Vent Cleaning

Absolute just came out to inspect my fireplace. I had some small cracks on the back wall I was worried about. They fixed the cracks for me with some epoxy and made it look like new! They also cleaned the chimney and gave it a clean bill of health. They showed up on time, were clean, and I loved their scheduling system that sent me text reminders of our appointment and when the tech was on their way. Really great company! I highly recommend!

I have been having allergies and coughing for the first time in my adult life, and knew we needed to try this before visiting a doctor about it since the problem was inside my home. I contacted them for a quote, which they provided instantly, thank you Bree. Their pricing was comparable to others in the business, and because of these wonderful Yelp recommendations, we selected Absolute. They arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous. Covid friendly, too. They were very cautious, covered the nearby furniture and cleaned up after themselves. As they were going along, they showed us how much dust and dirt had built up, it was pretty disgusting. It is an investment, I won't lie, and of course, time will tell if it solves my problem. I just feel good knowing it's done and all that dust and dirt were vacuumed away!

The technicians were friendly and honored my asking them to wear booties on my carpets. They spent 5 hours working constantly. Along with cleaning the ducts, the fireplace was cleaned and checked for functionality. Easy to clean inside but they were on the exterior of the fireplace accessed from my two story home. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and follow up by this company. I will recommend Absolute to my friends and family. See you all next year!

Easy to schedule and very clear upfront about scope of work and pricing. Called to see if they could come early. Very polite staff who clearly informed me of progress and results. Chimney only needed inspection so didn’t charge for cleaning. Dryer vent was way overdue and they did a great job. Finally everything was left clean and payment a breeze.

WOW..I don't write a lot of yelp reviews but when the service is this good, I just wanted to let everyone know! Orlando who was the lead technician got here with his assistant and they were both SO kind, knowledgeable and HONEST. Orlando explained everything so well and was so personable to my son and I. They fixed my problem with my dryer vent and it hasn't run better! Also the customer service representative I spoke with to make the appointment was SO sweet, thorough and explained everything in detail. If you are questioning what company to go with...look no further!!
